Cancellation Policy

At Cheron K. Griffin Matchmaker, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure the smooth operation of our matchmaking service and to respect the time of both our clients and our matchmakers, we have implemented the following policies: Cancellations: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee. Cancellations can be made by contacting our office directly via phone or email at 1-844-BADDASS (US) or 0013463415661 (Int'l) or by email at hello@cheronkgriffin.com. No-Show: A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification. Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification will be subject to a no-show fee. Clients who accumulate multiple no-show occurrences may result in termination of services. No-Refund: All payments made for matchmaking, coaching, or discovery calls services are non-refundable. Once payment is made, there will be no refunds for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, or dissatisfaction with services rendered. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances. By engaging with our matchmaking service, clients agree to adhere to our cancellation, no-show, and no-refund policy. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and efficiency of our matchmaking service.
